Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath Pike Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
