Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Sacramento, CA)

Stonegate Lakeside Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Sacramento focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
