Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Rochester, NY)

Stonegate Beacon Community Partners runs community programmes across Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
