Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Rochester, NY)

Ironwood Ivory Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with landfill records.
