Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Rochester, NY)

Rivermark Orchard Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • PMP or CAPM certification.
