Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Basin Health Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
