Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Haven Auto Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
