Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Stonegate Quarry Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Seattle, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We reward reliability. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
