Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Bridge Freight Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
