Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Redstone Juniper Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification.
