Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Redstone Oak Freight is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
