Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Highbridge Stone Energy Group is an energy provider in Minneapolis focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
