Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bluepeak Clear Hospitality is a hospitality company in Anchorage with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
