Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Willow Medical Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
