Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Bridge Health Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
