Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Highbridge Harbor Freight is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
