Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Ironwood Wren Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Seattle working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
