Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Stonegate Fern Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Indianapolis, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing disputes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
