Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Stonegate Willow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
