Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Cedar Mill Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Philadelphia focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
