Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Umber Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
