Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Lumen North Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Rochester, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 213 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
