Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Westbrook Yarrow Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
