Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Lumen Rook Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
