Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bright Pine Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Pittsburgh and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 545 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
