Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Iron Construction and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving subcontractor invoices. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
