Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Ironwood Stone Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
