Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Silverline West Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Cleveland with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
