Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Fernwood West Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Des Moines. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
