Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Rivermark West Care Services Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
