Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Northwind Cross Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
