Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Associates serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Hartford, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
