Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bright Bridge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Boston working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
