Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Summit Bridge Legal Group is a law firm in Memphis serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
