Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Nova Keystone Arts Center is an arts centre in Tulsa with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 564 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving school partnerships. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
