Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Foxglove Forge Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
