Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Foxglove Kestrel Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Miami. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
