Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Lumen Vista Medical is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • PMP or CAPM certification.
