Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Water Authority and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 292 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
