Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Harborlight Civic Services works with county and city offices around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
