Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bright Fox Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Toledo producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
