Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Harborlight River Staffing places workers with employers around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving retention. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
