Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Northwind Linden Legal Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving trust accounts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
