Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Redstone Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the St. Louis region. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
