Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Ironwood Lantern Auto Group is a Knoxville company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
