Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Sparrow Care Services and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
