Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Amberfield Summit Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Miami. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
