Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Stonegate River Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
