Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Rowan Inspection Services and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
