Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Amberfield Wren Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Tucson, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
